From order to physician review

We handle the ordering and the communication. Licensed labs, clinics, and physicians handle the medical work.

You order online
Pick the panel that matches what you want to understand. We collect the details the lab needs to issue a requisition in your name: legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details.

We route your order
Your order goes to your testing partner, who issues the lab requisition and matches you with clinics near your address. You get an email with your booking options.

You visit a clinic
Fast for 8 to 10 hours where possible, bring photo ID, and check in. The draw itself usually takes under ten minutes.

The lab runs your panel
Turnaround is typically 3 to 5 business days from the draw, though some markers take longer.

A physician reviews
A licensed doctor reviews the full panel before anything is released. If something needs urgent attention, that is flagged to you directly.

You get your results
We email you a secure link. Results are hosted and reviewed by your testing partner and are never shown on this site.

Common questions

Do I need a doctor's order?: No. The requisition is issued for you as part of the order, and a licensed physician reviews the results.
Where do I get drawn?: At a partner clinic near the address you give us at checkout. You choose the location and time from the options we email you.
Can I see results in my account?: No. Your account tracks orders and billing only. Results live with your testing partner and reach you by a secure link.
What does a subscription include?: Every renewal is a full new panel with a new clinic draw, not a lighter repeat test. You can cancel any time from your account.
What if a renewal payment fails?: We retry the payment a few times over about two weeks. If it keeps failing the subscription is canceled automatically and shown as canceled in your account.
