What happens after you order

    You order online

    Pick the panel with the markers you want measured. At checkout we collect the details the lab needs to issue a requisition in your name: legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. One price covers the panel and the lab draw.

    Your requisition arrives by email

    A physician in your testing partner's network authorizes the order, and we email you the lab requisition as a PDF. Print it or keep it on your phone.

    You go in for your draw

    Take your requisition and a photo ID to any of 5,000+ partner lab locations. Fast for 8 to 10 hours beforehand where possible. Walk in whenever suits you, or book with the lab to avoid the wait. There is nothing to pay at the draw, and the visit usually takes about fifteen minutes.

    Your results come back

    Results are usually ready within a few business days of your draw, though some markers take longer. Sign in to your account to read them, each value next to the lab's own reference range, exactly as the lab reported it.

    Ranges and flags are the lab's own, shown as reported, alongside the lab's full PDF report. Health Panel adds no scores, grades or interpretation of its own.

    Sample values shown for illustration only. We email you as soon as your own results are ready, and you sign in to your account to read them. What a result means for you is a conversation for a licensed clinician.

Then, on repeat if you like. Choose the plan and your next panel is ordered every month, every 3 months or every 6 months. Every renewal is a full new panel and draw, not a lighter repeat.

Do I need a physician's order?

No. A physician in your testing partner's network authorizes the order, and the requisition is issued for you as part of it. You do not need to see your own physician first.

Where do I get drawn?

At any of 5,000+ partner lab locations. Take your requisition and a photo ID and walk in, or book with the lab first to avoid the wait.

How do I get my results?

In your Health Panel account. We email you as soon as they are ready, and you sign in to read them. That notice carries no values and does not name your panel, because email is not a secure channel.

What does a subscription include?

Every renewal is a full new panel with a new lab draw, not a lighter repeat test. Your plan includes 2 panels. If you cancel before the last of them, you still receive it and are charged for it on your plan's schedule, and nothing is charged after that. You cancel in your account.

What if a renewal payment fails?

We retry the payment a few times over about two weeks. If it keeps failing the subscription is canceled automatically and shown as canceled in your account.
