We are not a laboratory, a clinic, or a healthcare provider, and we do not employ or supervise the physicians in our testing partner's network.

Not medical advice

The panels sold on this site are wellness and screening tests. The information you receive is for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your own healthcare provider.

What the physician does, and what they do not do

A licensed physician in our testing partner's network authorizes your lab order. That authorization is what lets the laboratory draw and run your panel without a referral from your own doctor. It is not ongoing care and it does not create a treating relationship with you.

Health Panel shows you what the laboratory reported, including the laboratory's own reference ranges and flags. We do not interpret your results, we do not score or grade them, and we do not tell you what to do about them. That conversation belongs with a clinician of your own.

What tests can and cannot tell you

Lab results are a snapshot in time and can be affected by hydration, recent meals, illness, medication, exercise, and time of day. A result inside a reference range does not rule out disease, and a result outside it does not confirm one.

Do not use this service for urgent or emergency medical needs. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department.
